Abstract

背景と目的：

高齢者におけるBerg Balance Scale（BBS）の最小可検変化量（MDC）を検討すること。

方法：

対象は、高齢者118名（1:神経疾患や股関節疾患がない、2:直近6ヶ月以内に45%が転倒を経験、3:日常生活自立しているもの15.3%）で、48時間の間に2回BBSの評価を行った。その結果を元に、MDCを算出した。

結果：

BBS合計点を層別に検討し、BBS合計点0-24はMDC 4.6、計25-34はMDC6.3 、計35-44はMDC4.9、計45-56はMDC 3.3という結果であった。

結論：

BBSにおけるMDCは得点層により異なることがわかった。
